Do I need to go to a gym?
It definitely helps to have a gym. However, we can still build a pretty solid program around bodyweight workouts if your unable to get to a gym.
Will I have to track calories?
Most likely, yes. If you want maximum results, its necessary, at least for a short period. Tracking builds awareness and control. That said, if you’ve never done it or hate it, I’ll help you ease into it in a sustainable way.
