Drop body fat, build habits that stick, and get every penny of your £500 back. All before Christmas.

Why would I give the £500 back?
Two reasons, and neither is a trick. The only condition is the seven rules further down, and every one of them has slack built in for a real week.
The job. Most people who come to me have tried before and it did not last. Not for want of effort, but because nothing was built around their actual week and nobody was checking. Ten weeks with a plan that fits your life, a check in every Monday and money on the line is what makes it last, and the habits stay once the £500 is back in your account. Watching that happen is why I coach, and it is worth more to me than £500.
The proof. If you do it, I will ask to share your story, your results and your words, so the next busy person has a reason to start. That is how I find my next clients, and your yes is always yours to give, post by post. Some of you will want to carry on with me afterwards and put the £500 towards it. That is good business, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.
Ten weeks of work. Finished before Christmas.
Day 1 is Monday 12 October. Day 70 is Sunday 20 December. The rules end there, and Christmas is yours.
The timing. Plenty of people arrive at January heavier than they are today and spend the coldest, darkest month trying to get back to where they started. You will be doing the opposite: ten weeks of work now, so you walk into Christmas with the job done and the habits already built, and nothing to undo in the new year.
The target. 5kg by day 70 if you start at 85kg or more, measured on video, the same way as every Money Back Challenge. If you start lighter, we agree your target on the start call. Half a kilo a week is a fair bar, not an easy one, and nobody can promise you a result.
The finish. Your last three weigh ins are Friday 18, Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 December. After that there are no rules. Eat the dinner. You keep the app, the Food Guide and your numbers, so January is a continuation rather than a rescue.
The group. 5 places, so every check in gets my full attention and nobody disappears into a crowd. If it fills, I will tell you straight away whether I can open more or whether your start is the 12 week challenge in the new year.
Real clients. Real daily weigh ins. Busy lives.
These are the actual weigh in trends of three clients with demanding jobs and a lot of travel, shared with their permission. Look at the spikes. Real life happened and the line kept going down. Their results are their own. Individual results vary.
Two to three hours each way into London, three times a week, and the trend never looked back.
Ten kilos across an autumn and winter of earlies, lates and standby. The Christmas spike is right there. So is what happened after it.
Over nine kilos through the busiest flying season of the year. He ran his first ever 5km along the way.
Keep all seven and the £500 comes back to you
The app and your phone keep score. Nothing to remember. Nothing to argue about at the end.
Rules 2 to 7 are the things my best clients already do. Rule 1 is what we are all here for. Daily weigh ins are the rule because a 10 week trend cannot be argued with, and because it is the one habit every client of mine who keeps the weight off shares.
Everything I give my coaching clients to lose fat. For 10 weeks.
My coaching is £175 a fortnight, so 10 weeks of it is £875. This is £500, and all of it can come back to you.
Included
- Your 10 week training plan, built for you and your week, in the app
- Your numbers. Daily calories and protein, worked out for you and re checked at the week 3 and week 7 check ins
- The full V1 Food Guide. The same one my coaching clients get. High protein meals, eating out, hotels, what to do down route
- A written reply from me every Monday after your check in
- 4 check ins with me. Start, then weeks 3, 7 and 10
- Your before and after, measured properly on day 1 and day 70, so you can see it. Shared only if you choose to
Start. Then weeks 3, 7 and 10.
The start is a 20 minute call. After that, a short call or a voice note exchange, whichever the week needs. We look at your numbers, fix what needs fixing, and plan the weeks to the next one.
Start, week 0
A call. We agree your target and check the challenge is right for you. We take your weight and photos. I build your plan within 3 working days.
Week 3
Three weeks of weigh ins, food and training to look at. We fix anything that is not working before it costs you a week, and your calories get their first re check.
Week 7
Past halfway. We look at the numbers in the app, not at how anyone feels. Your calories get re checked again and we plan the last 3 weeks so nothing is left to chance.
Finish, week 10
Same scales, same video, days 68 to 70. We tick off the seven rules together. If you did it, the £500 goes back to your card within 14 days, or onto a longer plan as credit if you choose. Then go and enjoy Christmas.
This is for you if
- You have 8kg or more to lose and you know it
- Your week is never the same twice
- You know what to do. You just have not done it
- You want clear rules and someone checking you kept them
- You do not mind me asking, now and then, to share what you are doing. You can always say no
This is not for you if
- You are already lean. There is not enough to lose and this is the wrong tool
- You need me in your pocket every day to turn up. I do that too, but not in this challenge. Ask me
- You are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of disordered eating. This is not the right programme and I will say so
- You are under medical care for a condition affected by diet or exercise. Talk to your doctor first, then talk to me. Check with your GP before starting any intensive programme

A pilot. A dad. A coach whose week never repeats either.
I fly long haul for a living. I coach pilots, doctors, founders and lawyers around weeks that break most plans by day ten. Everything in this challenge is what I do myself, on the road, with a baby at home.
Straight answers
What is the catch
You pay £500 before day one and it only comes back if you keep all seven rules and hit the target. That is the whole catch. Nobody gets more than they paid and nobody else’s fee pays for yours, so this is a coaching programme with a refund you earn, not a bet. Why do it at all? Because if you do the work I get to watch someone change their life and keep the habits, I get to ask to share your story and your results with the next person who needs a reason to start, and some of you will choose to carry on with me afterwards. All three are worth more to me than £500.
Why does it finish on 20 December
So that Christmas is yours. Day 70 is Sunday 20 December, your last three weigh ins are the Friday, Saturday and Sunday before Christmas week, and the seven rules end there. What you eat on Christmas Day is your business. You keep the app, the Food Guide and your numbers, so January is a continuation rather than a rescue.
Can I start later than 12 October
No. Everyone on this challenge starts on Monday 12 October so that we all finish on Sunday 20 December, and the start call and your plan have to be done before day 1. If the date does not work for you, the 12 week Money Back Challenge runs again in the new year. Apply anyway and tell me which one you want.
How do I get the £500 back
At the finish we check the seven rules together, from the app. If you kept them all, I send the £500 back to your card within 14 days, no meeting needed and no conditions. Or, if you would rather, it becomes £500 of credit on a 6 or 12 month plan, spread across every payment. Your choice, and the cash option does not expire.
How the target is set
It is a fair bar, not an easy one. 0.5kg a week is a pace that is safe for most people, and the same bar for everyone over 85kg means there is nothing to argue about at the end. If you start lighter we agree your target on the start call. It is a target. Nobody can promise you a result and I will not.
What if I hit the target early
Good. You keep the seven rules to day 70, your finish weight is still the average of your last 3 mornings, and the £500 comes back the same way. Losing more than the target is fine as long as it comes from eating and training, not from the tricks the final week rule bans.
What if I forget to weigh in one morning
Weigh in the next morning and carry on. You can miss 3 mornings in 10 weeks, no note needed. The only mornings that must be there are your first 3 and your last 3, on video, because they set your start and finish weights.
What if I miss a day of food logging
You need 5 days out of 7, every week. So you can miss 2 days a week and still be fine. Miss 3 in one week and the £500 cannot come back that round. A badly logged day still counts as logged.
What if I am away for work
You weigh in on whatever scales you have and log it marked travel. Only your home scales count for your start and finish averages, so a hotel scale cannot hurt you. One hotel session with the bodyweight plan counts as a full session. Airport walks are steps. Away for the last 3 days? Tell me by day 56 and your finish moves to your last 3 home mornings.
What if I travel for Christmas before day 70
Tell me by day 56, which is Sunday 6 December, and your finish becomes your last 3 home mornings before you leave, on video, under the same conditions. The other six rules still run to day 70 wherever you are, and travel scales count for the daily weigh in.
What about December parties
They are in the plan, not in the way of it. December is weeks 8 to 10, and your calories, protein and step target leave room for a night out. Log it, weigh in the next morning, carry on. In the last 7 days you eat and drink normally. A party is normal. Skipping meals, saunas and sweat suits to make the number are not, and rule 10 bans them.
What if I get ill
Tell me. The daily rules pause for up to 7 days, once, and the finish date does not move. If something stops you training for more than 2 weeks, the challenge ends with a full refund and you join a later start. Clause 9 of the terms has the detail.
What if I do not hit the target
You keep whatever you lost, your plan, the check ins to the end and the Food Guide. The £500 does not come back. That is the deal, and it is the reason it works.
Can I message you between check ins
Yes, whenever you need to. Your Monday check in gets a proper written reply from me every Monday. On other days my coaching clients come first, but I will always reply when I can, because I want every one of you to get there.
Can I cancel
Yes. You have 14 days from the day you pay to cancel for any reason and get a full refund. I start building your plan straight away, so at checkout you ask me to begin inside those 14 days. If you then cancel inside them, you pay £7.14 for each day delivered and I refund the rest. After 14 days, your £500 follows the rules.
5 places. £500. Seven rules. 10 weeks. Done before Christmas.
Apply for a place →You apply first. You pay after. I read every application myself and I will tell you if this is not right for you.
Do the work and the £500 comes back to you. Do not, and it does not. That is the point of it.
